Refund Policy

Bugyal Foundation is a non-profit organization. All donations and contributions made to us are used to support our social, educational, and environmental initiatives.

1. Donations

Donations once made to Bugyal Foundation are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally
• Technical error during the payment process

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.

4. Administrative Costs

Transaction charges or processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Voluntary Contributions

Donations made willingly for charitable purposes are treated as voluntary contributions and are not eligible for refunds once utilized.

Bugyal Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
