HIV/AIDS Awareness & Support

At Bugyal Foundation, we believe that stigma is often a bigger challenge than the disease itself. In the remote regions of Uttarakhand, a lack of information can lead to fear and social exclusion. Our mission is to break these barriers through education, empathy, and continuous support.

We conduct regular awareness workshops in over 40+ villages, focusing on prevention, early detection, and the rights of those affected. Our team works closely with local health workers to ensure that accurate medical information reaches the most distant corners of the Himalayas.

Our support extends beyond just information. We strive to create a safe environment where affected families can live with respect and access necessary medical care without judgment. By joining hands, we can build a society that is informed, compassionate, and resilient against HIV/AIDS.
