At Bugyal Foundation, we believe that education gets you a degree, but skills get you a future. Our Skill Development programs are designed to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for the underprivileged youth and women of Uttarakhand.

We operate in over 40+ villages, providing professional training in areas such as digital literacy, soft skills, sustainable agriculture, and traditional crafts. Our workshops are tailored to the local economy, ensuring that the skills learned can be immediately used to generate income.

Our goal is to reduce migration from the hills by creating a skilled workforce right here in the mountains.
